ParActin®是草藥穿心蓮Andrographis Paniculata的專利提取物，標準化為穿心蓮內酯，14-脫氧穿心蓮內酯和新穿心蓮內酯。 在亞洲被稱為“苦味之王”，穿心蓮在民間醫學中用於感染和炎症相關疾病的歷史悠久。 其主要活性成分是穿心蓮內酯，是已知抑制炎症和促進免疫系統的化合物。
